Refund policy

Returns/Refunds/Cancellations are not eligible for orders. However, if there is a mismatch or transit damage/functioning issue with the watch on delivery, you can reach out to us within 24 hours on whatsapp/email/instagram , and we will help you get the watch repaired or replace it if needed (our watches doesnt hold any guarantee or warranty) . Our job is to make sure the watch works perfectly. All pieces are serviced and checked before shipping to avoid any movement issues after delivery.

Even if you face any functional issues down the line, say 2-3 months or even a year, please feel free to reach out to us, we will surely help you out. Or if you accidentally damage the watch, we can always help out with discounted repair charges and in case the fix is minor, all you will have to do is pay the shipping charges and we’ll take care of the rest! :)

Please read all policies and product descriptions clearly before placing the order. Cancellations or returns due to the customer missing out on details are not possible under any circumstances. Even if there is a small doubt regarding quality/ authenticity/ size/ color, please make sure to contact us on Whatsapp/Instagram/Email to clear it BEFORE placing the order. We will be 100% transparent with you in clearing these doubts so that you make an informed decision if you choose to purchase a product. All watches are either customized or single pieces and once an order is placed, work on it starts immediately and hence cannot be stopped/cancelled.

In case a prepaid order is refused by customer at delivery/wrong details entered at the time of placing the order, after 2-3 unsuccessful reattempts it will be returned to us via the delivery partner, and will then be reshipped back to the customer after the extra shipping charges are cleared by the customer. No cancellation/return/refund is eligible in these cases. Please make sure to input the correct phone number while placing the order, since all our deliveries are OTP Verified for Package Security, and once the parcel is out for delivery it is impossible to get the OTP Registered number changed. 

Delivery Timelines for Replacement : 4-5 working days from return of your order to our location.
