Strap and Accessories Orders are shipped within 4 working days and will be delivered within 7-8 working days.
*For Watch orders such as HMT CUSTOM gandaberunda or so.. it may take from 12 to 15 days to dispatch
Time taken is to precisely curate your watch and graph them for accurate time keeping we ask you to bear with us during this process as this process will only serve you better.
These are mechanical watches hence need proper checking and timegraphing before despatch this process cannot be expedited)
WE SEND ORDER CONFIRMATION ONLY THROUGH EMAIL AND ONCE THE ORDER IS SHIPPED YOU WILL RECIEVE AUTOMATED EMAIL AND SMS!
EVERYTHING IS SYSTEM BASED WE DO NOT SEND OUT INDIVIDUAL SMS OR EMAILS.

Please do not get worried if you do not receive any communication between order date and dispatch date (15 working days). All orders go under process as soon as they are placed and the status remains the same until they are dispatched. You can always log into your account to check whether it is shipped or Email/DM us on Instagram for any queries.
Delivery duration is usually around 7-10 working days from dispatch date, depending on delivery location/pin code.

*Please note that there might be small delays either on our end or on the Delivery Partner's end during major Public Holidays and Festivals like Diwali/Eid/Holi etc. We operate on a small scale and our staff deserves a much needed break to spend time with their families during these festivals :)
